On Friday, July 17th we will be transitioning our Broker/dealer from Investacorp to Securities America. We are writing to you with a few technology updates that may impact the ability to view and access your accounts.
Your Financial Compass Users:
The Your Financial Compass website will be changing. Please bookmark our new website or you can continue to log in through the John Stokes Financial website link. We do not expect any downtime with Your Financial Compass. If you notice any accounts have disconnected, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Wealthscape Investor Users:
You may continue to view your accounts up to Thursday, July 16th. The site is expected to be down starting Friday, July 17th and will be back live on Monday, July 20th. Beginning on Monday, July 20th, you will need to visit the Wealthscape Investor login page, create new log-in credentials using the “Register” link, and follow the step-by-step instructions. Registration will need to be completed on a computer browser. After completing the enrollment process, you can continue to use the Wealthscape app on your mobile device(s).
John Stokes Financial Email System Maintenance
Lastly, our emails will be undergoing a system update starting Friday, July 17th at 6pm PDT. If you need to reach us over the weekend, our preferred method of contact is by phone at (800) 477-1245 or via our contact form on our website. Starting Monday, July 20th you can continue reaching any of our team members by email.

3 New Unemployment Programs Under the CARES Act
To qualify for one of the following programs, you will need to apply for Unemployment Benefits in your state. Click here to view the list of websites.
Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC): Provides a federal benefit of $600 a week through July 31st.
Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA): Extends benefits to self-employed, freelancers, and independent contractors.
Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC): Extends benefits for an extra 13 weeks after regular unemployment compensation benefits are exhausted.

Operational Changes at John Stokes Financial
In response to Governor Newsom's executive order on March 19, 2020 for California residents to stay at home, John Stokes Financial has decided to temporarily close our offices to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Our John Stokes Financial offices are running virtually and we are available via phone or email to assist our clients with any financial questions or concerns that may arise. At this time, email will be the best way to reach us.
