Requirements

  • At least 18 Months of experience in the Financial Industry
  • Series 7 and Series 66 Licenses
  • California Life and Health Insurance License (must obtain upon hire)


We are Hiring: Interns

Interested in working in the financial industry and don't know where to start? Apply for our paid internship located in our Irvine Headquarters.  This position is perfect for college students who need a flexible working schedule and are looking to gain experience in a wealth management firm.  Our interns will be part of the daily office operations and work as our back office support for our team of Financial Advisors. 

Daily Tasks

  • Filing
  • Data entry
  • Prepare folders for workshops
  • Scan, copy, fax (primary task will be scanning documents)

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail oriented
  • Work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to pass a background check
