Since joining John Stokes Financial in 2015, Nicole has led the Operations department with a focus on excellence, efficiency, and care. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring every client interaction is managed with precision and professionalism, while maintaining strict adherence to compliance standards and internal policies. Nicole’s exceptional communication skills and strong organizational abilities support the firm’s seamless daily operations and collaborative office culture. She also contributes to the firm’s strategic planning, helping to develop and implement new processes that enhance overall performance.
Originally from the Bay Area, Nicole holds a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of work, she finds her greatest joy in being a devoted mother to her two children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active. Nicole is dedicated to both personal and professional growth and brings that energy and passion into every aspect of her role.
